Wanderbakes, established four years ago with only IDR 10 million embarked on a mission to become the ultimate online cake shop, providing an effortless online purchasing experience for custom cakes.
As a trailblazing cake shop, we introduced "Sameday Custom Cakes" 3 years ago. Since then we have carved out a niche in the promising cake-as-a-gift market. The daily orders for same-day cakes have grown from 4 per day to 40 per day!
Our dedicated team of 19 professionals (and growing) has successfully delivered over 16,500 celebration cakes to our loyal customers 2 years back and last year, all without the need for a physical storefront.
Having experienced remarkable growth, our Average Order Value (AOV) has increased by 22% year over year for the past 24 months. This consistent upward trend showcases our commitment to quality products and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Our current business operates at a high EBITDA margin of 19% and we strive to replicate the same model for our partners. - Custom cakes.

Customers have the option to pick up their orders and get them delivered. There is a flat delivery rate of IDR 55K on all cakes, or customers get free delivery for a minimum purchase of IDR 850K.
