The founder of the company is a MBA graduate from Illinois, Chicago and has done Mechanical Engineering from LNCT Bhopal. After master, he worked for Sun Life, Canada till 2017 and then moved to India to start an Indo-Mexican restaurant in Bhopal. In the duration, he simultaneously started working towards getting the permission of Hi-Rise hotel and which he eventually received in 2018. - For setting up the boutique hotel, we have already acquired the land which is located next to 10 lane NH-12 and is also close to a petrol pump. The land is mortgage free and is in the name of my mother and father. - This project is approved by all the local and national authorities (like Town and Country Planning Department, Local Electric Board, Municipal Corporation) with the land converted to commercial use. The land is situated on key location of Hoshangabad road within limits of Municipal corporation of Bhopal and is situated on the corner of two prominent roads. - The hotel will have 150+ rooms and a three floor basement for 200+ car parking area. Due to its prominent and convenient location it will attract more than 170 weddings per year with a revenue of almost INR 10 lakhs per wedding. - The promoter has experience of organizing more than 100 events which includes serving 500 guest per wedding.

The brand Vishranti, established in 2008, conceptualised, operated, and ran a luxury farm stay called Vishranti, “A Doon Valley Jungle Retreat” from 2008 until 2024. - It was conceptualised and designed to operate a beautiful luxury farm stay owned by owner’s father, a prominent Ranji Trophy cricketer. The owner has a background in events and promotions for brands like Fashion TV, Ermenegildo Zegna, IPL, and Colour Bar. - The brand came into prominence when MS Dhoni and Sakshi chose Vishranti as their wedding venue in 2010. - Recently, the brand branched out into parallel ventures such as Hotel Vishranti Canal Road, a boutique business hotel in the heart of Dehradun City, as well as a villa resort project in the pipeline, and luxury B&Bs curating bespoke travel experiences with facilities like private chefs, butlers, and masseuses. - Our restaurants have an FSSAI license. - We are looking for a franchisee to construct a boutique hotel or resort with 15 to 50 rooms. - The brand fee of INR 1.5 crore covers 15 rooms.
