There is an average seating capacity of 60 pax per restaurant. - The clothes sold in our clothing store are manufactured by us. We manufacture casual clothes for men and women. Generate an average billing of USD 1,000 per store per day. - The land for constructing the new boutique hotel is already acquired and has been taken on a long lease of 25 years. - There will be 18 rooms, and we expect to finish construction by next year. - All required licenses for the hotel has been received. - Physical assets include interior setup of restaurant and stores, equipment, inventory.

We are a newly built modern small boutique hotel located on the island of Gili Trawangan in Indonesia. - The hotel has a total of 8 villas, 6 big villas, and 2 smaller ones. In total, the hotel can accommodate 22 people. - The villas are fully equipped with air conditioning, a safe, fridge-bar, furniture, TV with Android box, kettle, and dishes. The kitchen is fully equipped for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. - Currently, the hotel is fully operational and generating revenue. - During peak season which is from May to October the hotel has a 95% occupancy rate and otherwise 70% occupancy rate. - Business does not have any loans and is run by 3 owners, two hold a 35% stake and one holds a 30% stake in the company. - We have our own ground service with generators in the event of a power outage. The territory is well-groomed and landscaped. - The business has all the documents for the property, a building permit, and a license for the hotel business. The land and the hotel are registered under the company.

The owner has a background in events and promotions for brands like Fashion TV, Ermenegildo Zegna, IPL, and Colour Bar. - The brand came into prominence when MS Dhoni and Sakshi chose Vishranti as their wedding venue in 2010. - Recently, the brand branched out into parallel ventures such as Hotel Vishranti Canal Road, a boutique business hotel in the heart of Dehradun City, as well as a villa resort project in the pipeline, and luxury B&Bs curating bespoke travel experiences with facilities like private chefs, butlers, and masseuses. - Our restaurants have an FSSAI license. - We are looking for a franchisee to construct a boutique hotel or resort with 15 to 50 rooms. - The brand fee of INR 1.5 crore covers 15 rooms. For every additional 10 rooms, the brand fee increases by 10%. - A team of 40 staff is required to operate 15 rooms.
