A business operating a chain of restaurants, clothing stores and a hotel, based in Ubud, Bali. - We have 2 restaurants that are currently running and we have two more planned for open by the middle of the year. - Also have 2 clothing stores, and we will construct a new boutique hotel by the next year. - We serve international fusion and local organic sustainable at our restaurants and receive an average of 60 to 100 daily customers for 2 restaurants. There is an average seating capacity of 60 pax per restaurant. - The clothes sold in our clothing store are manufactured by us. We manufacture casual clothes for men and women. Generate an average billing of USD 1,000 per store per day. - The land for constructing the new boutique hotel is already acquired and has been taken on a long lease of 25 years. - There will be 18 rooms, and we expect to finish construction by next year. - All required licenses for the hotel has been received. - Physical assets include interior setup of restaurant and stores, equipment, inventory.

The owner has a background in events and promotions for brands like Fashion TV, Ermenegildo Zegna, IPL, and Colour Bar. - The brand came into prominence when MS Dhoni and Sakshi chose Vishranti as their wedding venue in 2010. - Recently, the brand branched out into parallel ventures such as Hotel Vishranti Canal Road, a boutique business hotel in the heart of Dehradun City, as well as a villa resort project in the pipeline, and luxury B&Bs curating bespoke travel experiences with facilities like private chefs, butlers, and masseuses. - Our restaurants have an FSSAI license. - We are looking for a franchisee to construct a boutique hotel or resort with 15 to 50 rooms. - The brand fee of INR 1.5 crore covers 15 rooms.
