We operate a chain of hotels and we are registered in New York. We specialize in creating hotels. Currently, we are appraising our first properties for investment, however, the founders and backers of this enterprise have the perfect mixture of skills & backgrounds in order to create great operations. We are interested in not only creating functional businesses at each hotel but are also dedicated to making the world better with what we do. We believe that community matters to our market segment (digital nomads & leisure travellers) and so our intention is to create spaces for co-living, co-working, and co-play.

- We like to invest in properties where we see great potential for growth - good location, high room count, solid square-meters, and trending towns with cosmopolitan comforts.
- We like to work with businesses who are professional with the legal, financial, and organizational documentation (Land titles, annual P&L summaries, payroll & expenses ledger & summary)
- We are interested in creating the right deal. When we approach a property we assess it scientifically and offer the price we believe is justified by the local market conditions - no more, no less.
- Currently, our preference is to create 1-2 year Lease-to-Purchase contracts, however, we are not shy to make outright purchases if we believe the investment conditions to be favourable.
- We love approaching spaces with restaurants, terraces, rooftops, and salons so that we can create spaces of development, interaction, and engagement (yoga, health, wellness, socialization, networking, F&B)
- The business should be in Colombia, Brazil, Ecuador or Malaysia, as we have operations in these locations.
