We have 2 general lending niches, with some overlap:
1) $100k - $10M.
2) $5M - $100M+.
At present, we are refocusing on businesses in the USA, but are exploring options to invest outside the USA.
We look for a solid EBITDA, where the numbers will make the loan a better option, so that we can move faster than banks.
If the business has strong collateral--examples include accounts receivables, inventory, purchase orders--that can open up additional options, in addition to just cashflow options. Each is case by case, so please reach out with your scenarios. -
