A good business remains unattractive if it is overpriced. I assess whether the asking price is reasonable compared to its EBITDA and growth rate. I also consider operational risks, the level of market competition, and how easily management can be replaced if necessary. Overall, I prioritize stability, growth potential, and a fair valuation before making an investment decision.
