We are a Bangalore-based mergers and acquisitions advisory company specialising in selective mid-market transactions. We work with businesses that have strong real-world traction but require institutional-level positioning to attract the right investors. Our approach focuses on maintaining strict confidentiality, strengthening financial presentation, improving investment readiness, and connecting businesses with vetted private equity funds, family offices, and institutional investors. We support founders by preparing institutional-grade financial models and data rooms while helping position their businesses for high-value transactions. To ensure dedicated strategic focus and execution quality, we take on only a limited number of mandates at a time.

We charge a standard upfront fee of ₹75,000 and also charge a success fee upon successful deal closure.
