Acquiring / Buying a Business

- We are seeking to acquire a business operating in a complementary industry, specifically a consultancy that provides services to large multinational, semi‑state organisations, indigenous firms, and international clients.
- Our preference is for an Irish‑based company with a small number of employees and an annual turnover in the range of €500,000 to €1.6 million.
- Ideally, the business would have an established client base, preferably with some clients engaged under medium‑ to long‑term contracts.
