- Operationally, we look for sound financial controls, clean reporting, and a capable leadership team that is open to growth, integration, or transition. Retaining key employees and select members of the leadership team is important to preserve institutional knowledge, maintain client relationships, and ensure continuity post-transaction. Businesses with niche specialization, defensible market positioning, and potential for geographic or service-line expansion are especially attractive.
