Individual Buyer in Colombo Looking to Buyout Professional Service and Corporate Financial Service Businesses Upto LKR 5 million

I am a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and practising member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka since 2021, based in Dehiwela/Colombo with over 15 years of experience in chartered accountancy and audit practice. I specialize in audit, tax, and advisory work and is the proprietor of an audit, tax, and advisory firm registered in the Western Province of Sri Lanka. I bring strong technical expertise in auditing, accounting, and practice management to help grow, systemize, and strengthen acquired or partnered firms. I will invest personally.

Acquiring / Buying a Business, Investing in a Business

- I am interested in acquiring or investing in chartered accountant audit firms located primarily in Western, North, and East provinces, as I have good connections in these locations.
- I prefer firms at least 10 years old, with around 40–60 existing clients, and an annual turnover of roughly LKR 8–10 million, and a minimum of 4–5 staff.
- I am open to both full buyouts and partial equity investments.
- I prefer direct phone contact and office visits for in-person discussions before proceeding.
