We prefer opportunities located primarily in Karnataka but we are also interested in prospects in Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh, as we look for expansion opportunities. We are open to both complete buyouts and partial investments, with a preference for total acquisitions. We are seeking profit-making companies that have demonstrated consistent profitability for at least three years. The minimum size of solar plants considered for acquisition is between 1-3 MW. We do not require any specific certifications or accreditations for the solar businesses and aim to complete the acquisition as early as possible.
