Our fee structure is flexible and depends on the nature, size, and complexity of the transaction. We offer an initial consultation and may charge an upfront retainer for advisory and engagement services. Success fees are generally in the range of 1%–5% of the transaction value, payable upon successful closure of the deal. For larger transactions, fees may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Milestone-based payments can also be agreed upon depending on the scope of work and client requirements. All fees and terms will be mutually agreed upon before engagement.
