Preferred locations are UK, mainland Europe, Japan, Indonesia, Australia and North America (all of which I have experience doing business in). I aim to acquire businesses that have solid revenue streams and that are "sale ready" i. e. good processes, low revenue concentration on few clients, current owner not owning all client relationships, clean accounts etc. , alongside a focus on hands-off operations where the existing management and staff will remain in place upon acquisition.
