Depending on the nature of the assignment—whether it involves statutory compliance, asset valuation, corporate restructuring, or capital fundraising—our fee arrangements are categorized into three primary models to ensure alignment with our clients' business goals.
1. Upfront retainer & fixed advisory fees:
This model is primarily utilized for ongoing advisory roles, continuous regulatory compliance, and complex corporate legal matters. Typical range: ₹50,000 to ₹2,500,000+ per month or assignment, heavily dependent on the transaction size and the corporate scale of the enterprise.
2. Milestone-based payments: For projects with clearly defined phases, fees are mapped directly to verifiable deliverables. This ensures transparency and progress-backed billing.
3. Success fees & performance-linked pricing: Reserved for high-stakes corporate transactions where compensation is closely tied to the realization of a specific financial outcome or deal closure. Typical range: 2% to 5% of the total transaction, funding, or debt resolution value, varying based on the complexity and total quantum of the deal. -

- Business fundamentals: We are looking for an attractive business model, a strong and experienced management team, and a recognized brand name with a sustainable market leadership position.
- Financial performance: Key requirements include demonstrated profitability, recurring revenue streams, and projected realistic revenue growth. We have a strong preference for asset-light business models that exhibit high Return on Capital Employed (ROCE).
Target scope: We are open to considering buyout opportunities, particularly where existing promoters are based here. Seeking a full exit due to a lack of succession planning or shifting interests in the next generation. We are also interested in growth equity situations that align with these criteria.
- Operational requirements: We are prepared to take an active role as an operator post-acquisition. Additionally, we are open to purchasing both operating and non-operating factories for business expansion; however, for non-operating facilities, the period of inactivity must generally not exceed 1–3 years. -
