Individual Buyer in Pasig Looking to Buyout Businesses Upto PHP 500 million

I am a former entrepreneur who built several businesses but most notable one being a parking technology company that was acquired by one of the top 10 conglomerates in the Philippines, after which I became an executive in one of the subsidiaries of the Conglomerate that acquired my business. Now I do business development for them, particularly mergers and acquisitions.

I look for businesses that have clean books of accounts and cash flows that can be verified. I prefer profitable businesses that are being sold because owners are looking to retire or focus on other businesses, selling at no more than 3 times EBITDA multiple (unless it is an asset-heavy business), with potential for scaling up and incremental returns if I would further invest into the business to expand it after acquiring it.
