(4) Market relevance and timing, favouring businesses aligned with long-term trends like wellness, self-care, premiumisation, and authentic experience-led offerings that are early in structural growth curves.
(5) Customer experience and retention, prioritising loyalty, repeat business, strong customer journeys, personalisation, and community-building. Likes luxury experiential businesses (high-end spas, boutique wellness), premium beauty and fragrance brands with strong storytelling, and concepts blending tradition with modern luxury (e. g., Ayurveda positioned globally) that combine clear brand identity with strong unit economics.
