I run a school. I am also an independent broker with about 5 years of experience, primarily in education and consultancy, now representing serious buyers for petroleum and oil refinery assets in the UAE. Associated with educational and strategic business. I act as an independent introducer and strategic business facilitator, connecting relevant stakeholders, coordinating initial discussions, and helping structure deals, due diligence, and alignment between legal and technical teams to close acquisitions within defined timelines while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

I do not charge an upfront fee. Success fee is payable upon successful execution or closure of the transaction, typically triggered on signing of SPA/MoU/definitive agreement and/or release of transaction funds. I request a formal success-fee and commission-protection arrangement before disclosing detailed information and making direct introductions. The introduced party and transaction are to be protected for a mutually agreed protection period, during which any transaction concluded directly or indirectly with the introduced party qualifies for the agreed facilitation fee.
