Financial Consultant in Delhi Seeking Businesses Upto INR 150 crore

I own a Delhi-based advisory firm that helps growing businesses in India and the UAE structure and raise debt, manage cash flow, and prepare for lenders and investors. I worked in corporate finance at a Dubai-based hospitality and real estate group. There I reviewed a $200M revolving credit facility, designed the investor presentation for a $350M Green Bond listed on NASDAQ Dubai and the LSE, handled S&P and Fitch rating queries, and worked on a €303M acquisition and a €54M seller-financed deal. I have closed a ₹2.4 Cr pre-seed round, executed ₹7 Cr+ in term sheets, built LBO models for clients in the US and Southeast Asia, and structured a $6M raise for a Dubai commodities firm. My work covers financial performance, leverage, and working capital, along with sourcing debt directly through our NBFC and trade-finance partners.

Fees depend on mandate - could be a mix of retainer and/or success fees. Typical retainers would range from INR 50k to 1L per month, and success fees range from 1% to 5%. I will not charge any upfront fee
