Waste services, and others. My background includes leading teams of up to 20, driving performance improvements as an operations leader in a major manufacturing division, and leading and executing 15+ acquisitions. Post-acquisition, I will focus on preserving company culture and relationships while driving growth through sales initiatives, operational improvements, and selective tuck-in acquisitions.
