We are Contracts, Engineering Consultancy, Environmental Solutions Services and Waste Treatment and Recycling Ltd. , based in Basra, Iraq. Founded in 2004, our company operates across civil, mechanical, and electrical contracting for large oil and gas field developments, industrial infrastructure, and environmental services. Our capabilities include road and building construction, pipeline installation, tank and steel‑structure fabrication, power systems, landfill and hazardous waste transport, water preparation and transportation, diesel logistics, and waste treatment and recycling. We own and operate concrete and asphalt plants, maintain a sizeable fleet of heavy equipment and transport vehicles, and hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications. We look for legally clean, dormant, or low‑activity entities with no liabilities, tax arrears, or debt, ideally 3–5+ years old. We prefer jurisdictions with simple share‑transfer procedures, such as the UK or Delaware. We seek professional trade licenses aligned with environmental services, waste management, industrial engineering, or oilfield support. We are particularly interested in environmental consultancy and engineering firms, oilfield logistics and maintenance providers, specialized plastic, wood, or oil recycling companies, and entities with or eligible for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications. We avoid consumer retail, e‑commerce, highly leveraged asset‑heavy companies, and labor‑intensive regulated sectors such as healthcare or hospitality.
