Financial Consultant in Munich Seeking Businesses Upto EUR 80 million

I am a registered business consultant in Munich that screens potential business investments for my clients from the Middle East and East Asia or vice versa. I am a seasoned banker and have a particular interest in Family Office, Treasury, Finance, Asset Management and Private Equity/Credit Fund Structuring and Strategy. We will charge no upfront fee. There is a success fee of 2% levied post deal closure.

We dont charge up-front fees and collect only on deal closure for 2% of the deal value

As a business broker/consultant, we represent clients from Asia who looked at investments with established cash flow or with high growth potentials such as fintech, wealth management, and digital banking platforms. Healthcare and food/retail are our secondary focus. As much as possible ESG investing is part of our screening criteria.
