Specifically, I am looking to acquire and manage a small - Medium-scale manufacturing business in Selangor. The ideal business would have growth potential, preferably with export capabilities, and employ around 10 staff members. My investment budget is up to RM3 million, and I would prefer the current owner to provide guidance during the transition period for at least 6 months, ideally extending up to 1 year. As part of my due diligence, I would like to understand the workforce composition whether it is 100% local employees or a mix of local and foreign workers as well as the distribution structure. My target is to complete the acquisition within 6 months.
