We are a Malaysian business and financial consultancy established in 2010. We provide M&A and financing advisory to SMEs and established businesses across multiple sectors. We structure and source funding from banks and financial institutions, covering working capital, trade facilities, invoice financing, property and project financing, equipment and machinery financing, refinancing, and expansion capital. We support clients end-to-end, from initial assessment and financing strategy through documentation, submission to financiers, and follow-up until completion, leveraging deep banking and credit-structuring experience to improve approval chances and align funding structures with business needs.

Engagements are typically on a success-fee basis, payable upon successful approval and/or disbursement of facilities or closing of a deal. A standard success fee is around 5% of the deal or financing amount, with the exact percentage and any additional advisory or documentation fees agreed in writing with the client before commencement. No upfront retainers are charged unless specifically agreed for complex or bespoke mandates.
