I look for businesses with solid recurring revenue, scalable operations, clear USP and potential for digital transformation. I prefer healthcare, consumer goods, B2B services and asset-light models. I avoid businesses heavily dependent on a single client. Preferring to operate independently or small group, I aim for investments between 2-4 million in Vaud, Geneva, Valais, and Zug. Interested in both controlling and minority stakes. I have a 2-5 year time frame for investment, focusing on companies with development potential and a solid EBITDA base. Open to restructuring or turnaround projects. I prefer both startup and established businesses, with a desired level of involvement from mid to full.
