For longer or phased projects, I follow milestone-based payments linked to key stages such as analysis, investor outreach, and deal progress. A success fee of 1% to 5% of the deal value is payable only upon successful completion, with a fixed fee structure for smaller deals. I also offer custom or hybrid models, combining retainers and success fees based on the project requirements.
