I am an individual investor/buyer and would be interested to consider the acquisition of the business. I have experience in medical products manufacturing company. Preferred locations are Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia because of the growing opportunities.

I am looking for dividend businesses (not start-ups) with steady and growing revenues and profits in various industries. The most interesting to me are IT and manufacturing (especially medical devices and pharma), but I am open to considering other industries as well. The business should be scalable and have unique product/s (or at least I should see that I can make their products competitive). Ticket size $1-3 mln (but in some cases, I can syndicate bigger deals), minimum NI profitability 15-20%, payback period 2-4 years. Not very much interested in: hotels, restaurants/bars, beauty salons, medical centres, mini-stores/marts, car wash/repairs, gas stations, tire recycling and such.
