2. Company existence for at least 3 years with no legal disputes.
3. Investment only for the growth of the company and not to buy a stake in the company.
4. Promoters and the company are based in the UAE.
5. Open to both majority (up to 51%) and minority (minimum 25%) stakes, aiming for AED 50 K- 500 K investment range.
6. Prefer management involvement with voting rights in key decisions.
7. No industry exclusions, and keen on businesses where the owner and operations are UAE-based. -
