Individual Investor in Hamburg Looking to Invest in Businesses Upto EUR 45.5 thousand

I am from Germany. I am a former senior product marketing manager (7+ years, EMEA), now co-founder and shareholder of a 15-room boutique hotel in Sri Lanka with 14 employees, which I built from scratch: GTM, brand, legal, financial and growth structures and which is now run day-to-day by a General Manager and my local co-founding partner.

I invest in established, revenue-generating businesses with physical assets in South and Southeast Asia, with a focus on Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Cambodia. Ticket size €50k–100k, equity stakes. Sector-agnostic with a preference for Hospitality Sector but very open to other Sectors as well.

What I bring beyond capital: performance marketing and digital distribution, measurement and analytics that turn operating data into decisions, access to Western European source markets, and practical experience structuring a cross-border partnership with a local operator.

What I look for: a proven owner-operator who stays and runs the business, demand that already exists, and strong potential growth constrained by capital rather than by market. I am a long-term partner, not a buyer looking for a short term exit.
