We are an investment & wealth management firm. A significant amount of our investments is are group's own capital, and some portion comes from clients we advise. We prefer one business, one SPV investing route. Opportunities without management control, with good operating profit and a need to scale. We do charge an upfront fee and a deal conclusion fee as a success fee.

- Free cash flow is the most preferred parameter.
- Opportunities to invest in scaling an existing traditional business, or going the franchise route.
- Services and retail are preferred sectors.
- Most preferred industries are IT, Healthcare, Education & Media.
- Businesses with a clear, transparent invoicing and revenue recognition systems with minimal cash receipts and payments is an essential criterion.
