I usually look for small but practical businesses with clear demand, real sales, low operating complexity, and transparent financial records. I prefer businesses where revenue, expenses, profit margin, liabilities, and customer acquisition methods can be clearly verified. I would like to know the monthly profit-sharing or any regular payout, business registration details, recent sales/profit records, monthly expense details, current liabilities, if any, and the exit or buyback option available to investors.

I am mainly interested in businesses where I can add value through IT systems, digital marketing, operations improvement, automation, cybersecurity awareness, customer support, or process management.

Businesses I like:

IT services, software, cybersecurity, digital solutions, and SaaS-related businesses.
Education technology or training businesses.
Digital marketing, online service platforms, and lead-generation businesses.
Maintenance/service-based businesses with recurring customers.
Simple B2B businesses with clear monthly revenue.
Businesses where the owner is transparent and open to proper legal agreements, profit-sharing, and reporting.

Businesses I usually avoid:

Businesses with no clear sales records or only future promises.
Businesses claiming guaranteed high monthly returns.
Businesses with unclear ownership, debt, or legal status.
Very high cash-burn startups without proven customers.
Businesses depending only on one person, one client, or one temporary trend.
Businesses where the investor’s role, profit share, monthly reporting, and exit option are not clearly written.

Before investing or advising, I would like to understand the business model, monthly sales, expenses, net profit, customer base, liabilities, reason for raising funds, expected use of funds, investor rights, profit-sharing method, and exit or buyback options.
