I knew many tricks and how to locate and negotiate sites through often overlooked land inventories through departments that others typically miss. Another strategy I am exploring is combination with rooftop solar panels specially in urban areas where land is limited and solar can independently financed through different incentives programs, and I have secured patent licensing for waste to energy plasma gasification that can potentially combine waste management with off-grid charging.
