Our company operates an online portal for home stays to list on. - We also provide services such as guest management, property management and management of online listings after discussion with the home stay owners. - There are no charges to list on our platform but depending on the services we provide, we have a fixed fee or revenue share model with the home stay owners. - Our website is currently undergoing a revamp which will be done by next month or so. - There are over 500 properties listed on the platform, mainly from Goa and Karnataka. - We seek to expand our footprint and operate in other states as well. - Our sales have dropped due to the Covid situation but we expect to increase our revenues once the situation stabilizes.

We are involved in real-estate survey, registration, appraisal and brokership. The business heavily utilizes drone technology for activities like real-estate survey and appraisal. - We have worked on 3 major projects this year and worked on 2 major projects during the previous year. We provided all the aforementioned services in the previous point. - Prior to that, we primarily focused on real-estate survey and had worked on over 150+ projects. - We expect a huge growth in demand for drones in the next 10 years within eastern Europe specially North Macedonia. Hence, we seek funds to develop a drone training center. Already a licensed distributor of DJI drones. The drone training equipment has already been acquired. - Have already identified a property with an area of 55,000 square meters where we intend to develop the training center. Post funding, we can complete construction within a period of 1 year. Funds will be utilized to acquire the lease for the land and start construction.

We are a real estate agency for residential real estate projects. We also provide recruitment services to clients in the FMCG, beverages, and banking industry. - Have tied-up with 10 reputed builders and 15-20 local builders to execute the projects. - Generally, we execute 30-40 projects for a year. We completed 8 residential projects during the first quarter of this year, but due to COVID, we had to stop our operations temporarily. - Have 20 clients for our recruitment vertical which includes companies in the FMCG, beverages, and banking industry. We only recruit the candidates and the payroll is managed by the clients. - Revenue model: For real estate projects, we receive a 2% commission of the total project from the builders. The average project worth is INR 30 lakh. For the recruitment vertical, we either get a fixed fee or get 6% of the annual CTC for every selected candidate based on the client. - Revenue split: 65% of our revenue is from real estate services and 35% is from the recruitment services. - Our revenue has dropped significantly due to COVID restrictions, as we had to temporarily stop working on residential projects. Recruitments have also been affected due to lower demand from companies. - Business owned assets include computer and office furniture.
