We are looking to sell the source code and IP of three unique software. - First is AI diagnostics that software helps engineers to locate technical faults and server issues on manufacturing machines. - The software aims to make the process of detecting the issue and its repair easier for engineers. - This technology is used by Siemens, Thyssen, Krupp, and Maglev trains. - The second one is eTendering and contract life-cycle and document management solutions used by global enterprises. - The third is the EAMS solution used in ports. - This is an asset management and maintenance software used by ports. - We will help the new buyer with the technology and knowledge transfer process. - Buyer can buy all the three software together or an individual software separately. - One of the business owners is in Thailand but the business is registered in Singapore. - The software is making revenue.

DLF. - This business is in the process of getting registered. - Our company has been the official land consolidator of DLF and has experience in acquiring more than 100 acres for just DLF among many more developers in New Chandigarh. - We are currently working with all the prominent developers in New Chandigarh where the demand for residential plots is booming due to the great location in the foothills of Shivaliks, best health, and education facilities, and low density of population, proximity to Chandigarh, etc. - We directly invest in land on the behalf of the investor in the New Chandigarh master plan after identifying and getting approval from the company which is operating in the specific area. - And then we enter into a joint venture with these companies as a result of which we are allotted plots which are further sold in the market. - The entire process from investing to the realization of profit takes 8-12 months. We have 4 team members dedicated to offline sales. - The buyer would get the software product along with the source code.
