Business Overview
- We are the master franchise holder in Maharashtra and Goa of a well known American casual dining brand.
- The master franchise was taken up in 2017 on a perpetual agreement basis.
- At present we have 3 branches in Pune. The second branch has helped us increase our revenue.
- On a daily basis we receive 70 - 80 customers at both our diners.
- Have a capacity of 65 pax in both outlets.
- We also serve alcohol at our branches.
- The investment is required to open two more branches in Nagpur and Nashik. The investment is 30% in the master franchise. The new investor will be entitled to royalties, share in franchises, profits.
