- We are land owners 1/1 with construction permit and are ready for earth works.
- The building will have the following facilities: 10 floors over ground surface, approx. 140 apartments (which can be sold independently to individual customers, in advance), reception, restaurant, lounge bar, swimming pool, full spa & wellness, conference hall, garages, sport courts in front and all other amenities for 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Built up of each facilities are:
1. Apartments (~140) with terraces 4.700 m2 (from rooms, studios, 2-room apartments to luxury duplex penthouses)
2. Reception, lounge bar and multifunctional spaces 350 m2 + outside terrace 200 m2.
