• Factory to warehouse (primary): clients ship bulk or full truckload consignments from their factories or import points to your warehouses/CFA locations, where goods are received, stored, and managed as inventory.
• Warehouse operations: your warehouse team receives goods, updates stock, stores them strategically, and then picks, packs, and prepares orders based on customer or distributor requirements.
• Warehouse to customers (secondary): using your secondary transport fleet, the prepared orders are delivered from warehouses to distributors, retailers, or directly to end customers according to agreed delivery routes and time windows.
• 150+ owned trucks/fleet vehicles, which form the core fleet for primary and secondary transportation operations and are treated as long term tangible assets (vehicles).
