These services are used by domestic and international tourists, families, adventure travelers, bikers, and group tour operators. Guests use the hotel for comfortable stays during sightseeing, bike expeditions, family vacations, and organized group tours in and around Ladakh throughout the tourism season. The tangible assets will not be diluted as the promoter is seeking a revenue-sharing partner.

- Website and social media accounts. - The hotel’s land and building are fully owned.
- The hotel is built on a total land area of approximately 1.4 kanal (about 6,860 sq ft), with around 60% as constructed area and 40% as open space, including parking and a courtyard.
- The property spans three floors, along with a terrace-level open area planned for a coffee shop, bar, or restaurant.
- The hotel is equipped with a lift/elevator for guest convenience.
- Adequate on-site parking is available within the property premises. The business is presently funded through the promoter’s own capital and bank borrowings. Over the last two years, business performance declined due to multiple adverse factors affecting Ladakh tourism, which negatively impacted occupancy and revenue.
