- Business operates one of the popular and fashionable hotels and restaurants in the heart of Kharkov. - Hotel has 40 staff, 4 rooms (3 inside and 1 outside), a restaurant, a karaoke bar, a lounge bar, and an outside bar. The restaurant has a seating capacity for 150 people. - Currently, our business makes an average monthly sales of about UAH 2.2 million and the EBITDA margin is 30%. - We are looking to set up a new smart hotel business.
