Have hired the entire team and they are being paid from our own funds at the moment. The furnishing will be completed at the end of the month and we will launch in August.

We forecast INR 5 lakh of daily sales and an operating profit margin of at least 40%. Through this, we would be able to cover the interest charges and loan repayment.

Tangible assets include the rental deposit of INR 30 lakh, all the furniture, fixtures, and equipment worth INR 5.2 crore.

Intangible assets include the alcohol license was for INR 1.5 crore.

Bar and restaurant has an 8,400 sq. ft. built-up area with a central kitchen of 1,200 sq. ft. The sitting capacity is 140 pax.

The outlet is on lease for a period of 7 years and is extendable. The monthly rent is INR 6 lakh and we have paid a deposit of INR 30 lakh.
