We take shipment orders from transporters/shippers and place vehicles from the market (direct fleet owners). Our users are all SME/large transporters/shippers and fleet owners.

Currently we are bootstrapped, with some short-term funds from friends and family without any interest. We have only one loan of INR 2.5 lakh where we are not paying any interest and INR 1.3 lakh initial capital invested by one co-founder which the founder will be removed once the initial investment is returned. At present, my shareholding is 60% and another owns 40%. Shareholder with 40% stake is willing to transfer her shares to the majority shareholder after.
