Our top-selling product is the immersive nightlife experience itself, built around three core revenue drivers:
- Cover charge: Guests pay a fixed entrance fee (COP 20,000), which grants access to our signature midnight show, inspired by circus, performance art, and alternative culture.
- Craft cocktails and drinks: Our curated bar menu, featuring signature cocktails, local spirits, and themed drinks, generates the highest revenue per guest.
- Event nights and private bookings: Special themed nights, DJ collaborations, and private events offer additional monetization. As the business is in the development stage, there are no tangible assets currently owned.

However, the venture has developed key intangible assets that form the foundation of its value proposition:
- Unique business concept and brand identity: A fully defined concept for an immersive, performance-based nightclub with a distinct cultural positioning in Medellin’s nightlife ecosystem.
- Financial model and projections: Detailed 3-year financial projections, including startup costs, revenue streams, operating expenses, and ROI scenarios, ready to support investor conversations.
- Location research: Market intelligence and scouting of viable rental properties in two high-traffic nightlife/cultural zones, including pricing benchmarks and space suitability assessments.

These intangible assets position the project for rapid execution once funding is secured. The business does not have any facility at present, as it is not yet operational.
The target facility will have:

- Structure: Single-floor layout optimized for standing-room capacity and stage visibility.
- Lease terms: Estimated monthly rent between COP 7 million and 14 million, depending on final location and condition.
