2. Online Seller Module (B2B): We have a cutting-edge online partnering solution, available round the clock, for sustainable brands, businesses, service providers, and artisan groups. Our platform not only streamlines operations and facilitates digital transformation but also provides access to a vast network of consumers, suppliers, corporates, and financial instruments. 3. Curation Method: As part of our rigorous due diligence process, we implement our proprietary framework, empowering us to onboard genuinely sustainable and compliant products. From its inception until mid-2021, the company relied on the founder's capital alone, bootstrapping its way to success. In June 2021, an Angel Round diluting 15% equity. Additionally, a Community CCD round took place in March 2023, raising INR 58L through equity convertible within 7 years. An ongoing round is further diluting 12% equity (some of which is already subscribed at a valued round).
