We sell only handmade clothing made from natural fibers under the brand name handlooom. com and we mainly sell contemporary design products as we want to attract millennials towards handloom products and educate them about the advantages of using handmade and natural fiber-made products.

We have tie-ups with weavers and handloom product vendors across India who make products as per our custom orders.

At present we are also settings up a new brand name for selling powerloom products as well. Ecommerce website is in making. Here we will be selling ethnic, contemporary and fusion clothing's for Women & Girls only. Soon the brand name will be launched.

Handmade handloom products are made from 100% natural fibers Both in ethnic and contemporary styles. Currently we are in the process a new brand name as well which sells only powerloom products. it will be selling ethnic, western and fusion clothing's for women and girls. Work is undergoing.

We have a rented shop in a Mall in Whitefield, Bangalore. At present we have product stock of about INR 3 lakh. Also, we have packaging materials and stationery of about INR 3 lakh. We also have all assets needed for an office of 450 sq ft to be functional at present like tables, chairs, sofas, AC, and storage spaces.

We had 3 directors and couple of directors are now settled outside India, so they can't contribute to the business now. So they are selling their shares which both of the directors are holding each 24% and 25%. Now we have a tech team also who are developing our websites both handloom and powerloom site using Microsoft technologies and iOS and Android apps using flutter.

At present we have already a WordPress website is ready and we can start ads for that as well. They will be having AMC as well as their team will be taking care of finance management as well.

The founder of this project has their main work to add more weavers societies and master weavers to our platform. Also try to get CSR funds and Govt Seed funds through our Public charity trust.

How our Pvt Ltd and Trust is working in tandem is like our trust identifies weavers and societies and then fund them for procuring raw materials for weaving products. Then we will make the handloom products from them and our Pvt Ltd company will procure those stocks from the weavers by paying them and then we sell it across the globe and making profit.

At present we are ready to sell 15% for the investor joining us and other.

We are quoting INR 25 lacs for procuring 15% of shares. We don't have any loans taken on company name, but at individual level, the founder has taken loans for around INR 15 lacs which was used to bring the business to fully operational level at present. INR 10 lacs will be used to pay off the existing loans and INR 10 lacs will be used for scaling up and marketing of our e-commerce platforms. The founder is working in IT field as well for the past 20+ years. Currently working in an IT company and looking for retiring from the job to take care of this business fulltime.
