Intangible assets - brand name, Swiggy and Zomato accounts, and goodwill (e. g. the restaurant is sanctioned for an unsecured loan of INR 50 lakh that the buyer can avail of at any point) We operate from a rented location in Central Tirunelveli. The restaurant is spread over 1,500 sq. ft. (800 sq. ft. inside and 700 sq. ft. outside). It has a total seating capacity of 70 pax.
