Restaurant Investment Opportunity in Kathmandu, Nepal

We run 2 restaurants in Kathmandu. One is a central kitchen cum restaurant and the other is a QSR outlet. The QSR outlet is operating as a store-in-store model where we have entered into a revenue sharing model with an existing restaurant to open a small QSR outlet inside their restaurant. We pay 25% of our revenue to that restaurant and keep 75% of revenue with us. Here, we only have one employee to manage the QSR outlet and we do not pay rent, electricity nor have invested in furniture.
Our central kitchen cum dine-in restaurant has a seating capacity of 120 pax and the facility is spread on 2 floors. The central kitchen supplies readymade food to the QSR outlet. The QSR outlet just has to heat the food and sell it to customers. We currently serve only veg food items but our new outlets will have non-veg food as well.
Seeking funds to open 6 more store-in-store model QSR outlets in Kathmandu. We have identified 6-7 restaurants where we plan to setup our QSR outlet but we would enter into formal agreement with those restaurant owners only after raising funds. With these new restaurants too, we would have a revenue sharing model of 25:75.
Business owns assets such as kitchen equipment, furniture, oven, freezers at central kitchen. The assets also include oven and freezer at QSR outlet.
