Business Overview

- We are starting a restro-bar and a casino at our own 2 storey building. We are already running a hostel business on upper part of the building.

- Our plan is to start the restro-bar on the ground floor and casino on the 1st floor.

- The restro-bar will have the capacity to accommodate 50-80 customers.

- Regarding casino, we are already in talks with a casino company who is interested to set up their unit at our building.

- We are also planning to increase the floors to 4 storey building and add a few more offerings.

- The building is currently under renovation and will be operational very soon.

- Once we have raised funding for our business, we will also be interested in strategic investor who can fund us so that we can buyout other running hospitality businesses in this area.

- This area has a huge market and majority of the business are available at a lower price, so we will be extremely interested to explore those opportunities for expansion purpose.

- Owner is an industry veteran having over 30 years of experience in hospitality sector. Has successfully run and sold businesses in Costa Rica in the past.

Products & Services Overview

Opened hostel on upper level of the building.

Upcoming plans include: restro-bar, possibly a casino, and other hospitality services, and possibly a bakery or beauty salon. The investment requested is for this property.

This area in Puerto Rico is ripe for business. There are several available buildings and there is a lot of traffic in the area, with a very large potential for patrons. I would be interested in a substantial investment or a partner to actually develop the surrounding area into retail businesses.

Facilities Overview

- Total area size is 307 cubic square meters.

- It's a 2 storey historic building, additional floors to be added.
