The estate is self-sufficient in water that comes from its own dam. The property is connected to the electricity grid. Some of the equipment is also included for sale. Benefiting from several ruins, the estate will permit to develop other structures. A budget of 120K € was estimated for a new 500 sqm warehouse. A rural tourism was spun-off from this asset. There are no outstanding debts or liabilities.
