Our business is essentially a unique B-school that offers a wide range of specialised educational courses that cover multiple topics in the field of construction and its related businesses. - We began operations almost two months ago and have conducted 4 paid career jump start workshops since inception. - Each workshop received about 30 attendees. Each attendee paid a certain fee to attend the workshop. The entire revenue is generated from the 120 fee-paying attendees we received over the 4 workshops that we conducted. - The workshop was essentially a 4 hour long session conducted online over a weekend. Every attendee who enrols in the workshop must appear for an online assessment test. Post passing the test, we reward the candidate with a professional certificate of completion. - We haven't conducted any classes or workshops at our facility yet due to the restrictions posed by the pandemic. - Currently, we are enrolling students into our flagship programme which is a post-graduate programme (PGP) in construction management. - The programme will commence in the first month of next year. The duration of the programme will be 16 months with a one-time fee of INR 6.5 lakh per candidate. Post attending all the classes and clearing the examinations, the candidates will be rewarded with a certificate which they can add to their CV. - The post-graduate diploma will be offered in two forms: a hybrid model where recorded lectures will be provided during weekdays and live classes during weekends, or the candidate can take the entire course in the form of pre-recorded lectures. - Our other short courses and online courses will be provided in a hybrid form where the attendee will watch pre-recorded pectoris during weekdays and will attend live classes during weekends. The prices will vary between INR 999 to INR 2,500. - We will be conducting 10 more workshops and start enrolments for two short term courses in the upcoming months. - Since we have recently begun operations, our company is yet to finalise other details about the business and its revenue model.
