We are in this market because of the huge demand from buyers. We are seeking funds for a project that has 368 units, and we plan to construct and deliver them within the next 18-20 months. The units are already paid for (35% of the payment is by owners and 65% by the government). However, the funds stay in an escrow account until the delivery of the homes. In the past, we have worked on four housing projects along with other companies but this will be the first project solely built by us.
